Canton Church of the Brethren Presents CANTATA

The Canton Church of the Brethren Choir and guests will present the John Purifoy cantata

Christmas Seekers on Sunday, December 16 at 9:30 a.m. in the church sanctuary. The church is located at the corner of Third and Chestnut Streets in Canton. The presentation is open to the public.

Christmas Seekers presents, the story and song, the Christmas narrative of the birth of Jesus recognizing the need to continue seeking Him each year during Advent.

The choir is directed by Carol Davis and accompanied by Pam Willison. Narrators for the cantata are Martha Harr and Larry Eskridge. Special musical guests include Lauren Wilcoxen, Sara Mathis, Alex Smith and Trygve Meade. Soloists include Alex Smith, Lauren Wilcoxen, and Colin Davis.

The Canton Church of the Brethren Choir members are Candice Stuckey, Wilma Long, Doris Howarter, Robin Henry, Tammy Kessler, Jackie Davis, Ed Carper, Colin Davis, Kevin Kessler, and Bob Champlin.
